Dear Robert,

There are 3 machines 1310-1 in our market with soft keypad problem. It seems that one keypad is always activated. For example, switch on machine, then machines asks "Previous Program yes/no" then if we push keypad F1 or F2, then automatically the display on control board will show the configuration of Gluing unit 1910 ??!! We think keypad of 1910 is always activated.
We tried to plug-in the external PC keyboard and plug-out the thin tape wire of ppc220 keypad then machine can be used. We can choose programs, use key pad "F1,F2,F3....F12" "up-down, left-right" on the external keyboard. But the problem is we can not use keyboard to choose "reset" when there are some Fault messages and can not choose all of UNITS Keypad for configuration such as changing Heating Temperature, changing speed of conveyor....

Please show me how to use external keyboard for these setting.

Dear Mister Tran Quoc Hung!

Normaly you must replace the broken Panel (PPC220, PPC221). For a temporary solution, you can use a standard-keybord PS2, with english layout.
The sparepart number for a new Panel PPC221 is 5006136 (without ethernet).
The reset button on Panel equals the Esc-button on your Keybord.

Do you means we have to replace set of the control board such as Front soft Keypad board+ LCD Display + PPC board ??!!

I'm sorry about that, but there is only one sparepart-number. We got no seperation between softkey-panel and controler. You can order only the whole PPC-panel.
