Holz-Her - FAQ/Support

Hi,

I have a problem with Holz Her Type: 1411 Production Year: 2000

In the monitor shows: IO BUS panel down please tell me what to do, also i need the software to re install, because from the floppy disk i can't copy 2 files 1411_345.010 and 1411_345.011 if someone can tell me where can i download the program.

I found here instruction for reload the machine data with SPK control is it the same process to reload my machine 1411 with serial cabel 9 pins 1:1 connected for the connection from
the pc to the panel port V24

Thank you for your help, i checked from PMC Screen to load the modules and i saw a small check mark in first modules at IO No. 3, the second at IO No. 7 doesn't have the check mark so i turn off the machine - open the cabinet - remove the IO modules i open-it, one small resistance is blow up, i bridge this resistance by a up-soldered cable link, i put the modules in the cabinet power on, so now when i load the modules i don't have the check mark either at first modules which has worked before.

Now i don't know what to do, the big problem is in our country we don' have a service for Holz Her, we are in Kosovo, so we have to do it yourself.

Also i really need the software to install the machine because the floppy disk is damaged and as i described early i can't copy just 2 files from the damaged floppy. I'd be very grateful if you find the program and send me by email or just tell me where can i download.
